Lift Every Voice: A Letter to the Editor is based on the childhood experiences of ST Jamison, a Calvary member who grew up in Mississippi. ST and Tylie (Calvary Playwright in Residence) will be present for a discussion after the performance.

This all ages, multimedia 45 minute play explores the music, images, and spirit of America during the Civil Rights Movement and will be presented by PushCart Players (https://pushcartplayers.org/) of New Jersey.  Invite your friends and bring the entire family as we celebrate Black History Month. 

Sponsored by Calvary's Faith and Justice team, Canopy by Hilton Downtown, and Minneapolis South High School (where ST has taught for many years and the play will be presented February 29th). 

Admission is free, but a free will offering will be collected.
